On-Site Car Parking

For the convenience of all customers, a new on-site parking system is in operation at City Lane & City Arcade.

When accessing the car park from the Sturt Street entrance, boom gates will operate during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 4am to 6:30pm
• Sunday: 4am to 12noon

Parking is FREE for the first hour. Customers who spend $20 or more at Woolworths will receive two hours FREE parking on presentation of their receipt.

Parking is FREE when the boom gates are not in operation:

• Monday to Friday: 6:30pm to 4am weekdays
• Saturday: All day
• Sunday: 12noon to 4am Monday

How does it work?

Simply collect a ticket upon entry at Sturt Street and scan your ticket as you leave. If you have spent $20 or more at Woolworths, please present your receipt at the Pay Station and scan it where it says “Scan Ticket” to enjoy 2 hours free parking. Where fees apply for a longer duration, simply process payment with your debit or credit card.

You can pay at the Pay Station as you exit the Centre (located top car park level exiting the travelator) or at the boom gates.

There is 24-hour phone assistance at the boom gate should you require assistance exiting the car park.

Fees for parking are as follows:

• 0 – 1 Hour – FREE
• 1 – 2 Hours – $5 (or FREE with $20 spend at Woolworths and scan your receipt)
• 2-3 Hours – $10
• 3-4 Hours – $20
• 4+ Hours – $30
• Lost Ticket $30
